The recliner is comfortable but the wiring on the frame for attaching the pad to the frame is thin and will cause the cording to wear out prematurely. I noticed this when I received the recliner.

Fire pit

I purchased a fire pit for the back yard. I assembled it and burner did not turn on. I called customer service who was very helpful and polite and walked me through all the steps and it still did not work. They sent me a new unit. Again the same issue, Customer service althought very polite could not assist. I would like to have a fire pit but now do not know what to buy. I hope that Best choice can assist.. Ps..Product was not good but the customer service was A+

4-step Folding Ladder with Handrails

I am really happy with this ladder!

Amazing customer service

I recently purchased an umbrella with solar powered led lights. Unfortunately one of them arrived damaged and did not work but best choice products customer service was absolutely amazing. They replaced the item and made the whole process very easy. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Outstanding customer service

I received an offset umbrella. It was wonderful except for a tiny hole that might have continued to get bigger. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new umbrella. I was so impressed. The umbrella is lovely and very sturdy.

It was damaged. Replacement hassle.

It was damaged. But the damage was not serious, just a hairline crack. However my only way to get it replaced is to send it back through Amazon. I appreciate that works for most people. However, I live two hours out on a ranch and driving in (4hrs round trip) to send my flashlight back it’s just not worth it. I was hoping a replacement could be sent. But as I said, the light is still usable what I expected.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Best Choice Products?

Not easy! Good luck I finally hung up after they sent me over to Capital One, and my question wasn't even about a credit card!

My customer service call took less than 5 minutes and they replaced the part AND sent me an extra part. The employee was so nice and super efficient. GREAT experience with their telephone customer service department.
